What an impressive young man. A Top Professional. His knowledge of the Generator's was exceptional beyond what i expected. My house gas meter had to be upgraded to a higher pressure meter to handle house appliances and the generator. He was on it. He called Colombia gas the same day and was able to set up that with there rep. Matt explained entire process from start to finish and it all happend like clock work. Anytime i called him with questions i had he took the time every time. Thank you matt. What an asset to mid Ohio. Was scheduled 4/4 and thats when Tyler the lead Pete the gas man brandon there right hand man. And arron a new man to the company. Tyler was amazing. He was a machine in how he installed the ATS. Professional and ran the operation to to a T. Pete the gas man was know different. Same quality and workmanship.And also brandon who did a lot off the generator wiring and start up. He also did the tech to set up codes with Generac. And took the time with me to get my extended warranty set up. Arron was very helpful and doing his part as the new trainee. What a team they are. Built homes for many years and they are impressive young men. Hard to come buy in the trades these days. I purchased a whole house Generac generator from Mid-Ohio Generators. The whole process form start to finish was first rate. The salesperson was polite, transparent, and he described in great detail the generator that I needed and the process that we would go through to plan for and complete the installation. Mid-Ohio Generators was the company we selected to purchase from and to install our Generac Generator. It was the best decision because the team did an excellent job throughout the entire process. We setup our initial appointment and the representative met with us at the appointed time and covered everything we needed to know about the product, the installation, measurements, and best location for the generator. Next, prior to our installation day, Mid-Ohio Generators did contact us as planned. We are extremely satisfied with Mid-Ohio Generators. Since I do work from home, it is essential that we always have power. Having the Generac gives us the peace of mind.

The end of August 2023 I had my new GENERAC 14kw model 7225 installed. Lovely machine I feel much safer with, thank you very much! 1st Sales person: Mike Skaggs took LOTS of time explaining and showing us all our options, the where & how of the installation . 2nd: The installation crew worked like a well oiled machine. The group came in and each had a specific job and they got right to it. The installation went smoothly and when they left everywhere they were was cleaned up. ALSO, they have an installation checklist that Bradly took me through step by step checking off each point. We are very happy with our purchase. I contacted Matt Pasi to ask him how to configure my whole house generator so that a remote signal could be sent if an issue with the generator could cause it from flipping on in the case of a power outage. When I called, I expected him to ask me to call the company to make an appointment, which I was fully prepared to do. What I did not expect was the high level of customer service that Matt provided and how he went completely above and beyond to help me. Matt talked me through on the phone how to set up the app, how to configure my generator, how to find the serial number and then stayed on the phone with me to make sure everything we had done was working properly. Not only do I feel peace of mind knowing that a remote signal will be sent if my generator malfunctions, but I feel completely comfortable with this company because of Matt�s positive interaction with me. High quality customer service is not easy to find these days, but Matt knocked it out of the park and truly made my day by helping me this morning. Thank you so much!

We are new to Ohio but not new to generators.
This is our fourth build and our third generator, a must have because we have a well. I decided to get a second quote from Mid-Ohio. Sean Farrell was the sales representative. He was knowledgeable, polite and he listened to our needs and concerns. He laid out options and we knew exactly what to expect before we signed the contract.
When the installers arrived, they were unable to begin because of an unknown and unexpected issue with the t-valve in the gas meter. Sean called me within minutes and rescheduled a second appointment.
During this visit, Sean arrived with the owner of the company! He was determined to resolve this issue, which he did. There was a cost difference which was not passed on to me either. The original quoted price was honored.
The installation team of Tyler, Nate and Tyler, aka TNT, were outstanding. They made the project look like art and finished in less time than my previous installation on my last home.
One does not find old-fashioned customer service like this often, from the owner, to sales and installation, this company exemplifies it.

I had a pleasant experience with Matt, Brandon and the rest of the team at Mid Ohio Generators. I was impressed with their entire process from the initial sales call to the final install. Everyone was professional and answered all of my questions. Hopefully my power won't go out, but if it does, I'll be prepared.

The process for a quote was very easy and was scheduled on our timeline. Their salesman Mike was very professional and informative. The install was scheduled quickly and on the day of the install, the crew was fantastic. Very informative as they worked and made sure we had all our questions answered. Kevin the project manager and all of the employees were awesome. Excellent communication. All of the employees were actually employed by mid ohio in company work trucks and uniforms. When we had issues with the gas company trying to take advantage of us on upgrading the meter and line Kevin went above and beyond to help us get it sorted out and save us 6k. They made what could have been a stressful home improvement into an extremely easy process. If you want a home generator or have one that needs serviced, you won't be disappointed by calling mid ohio generators.

Thank you so much for installing our generator! From our initial contact to get a quote to final installation, our experience with Mid-Ohio Generators couldn�t have been better. Mike, Trevor, Jake and others we had contact with couldn�t have been more friendly and professional. I can�t recommend them enough!

We live half way between Mount Vernon and Fredericktown, Ohio. Not many Generac dealers in this area.
The first company we called was only a machine recording saying "New customers would be put on a one year waiting list!"
The second company only serviced generators and did not sell or install.
We didn't think Mid-Ohio Generators would come this far north, so we decided to drive down to their office and have a face to face talk. We are really happy we made that trip! Everyone from start to finish was super friendly and informative.
The natural gas company had to upgrade our gas meter and we still had our new generator in less than four weeks.
We highly recommend Mid-Ohio Generators.

These good folks replaced my old generator with a new 24kw Generac. I had approached a number of installers for estimates before selecting them. They were honest and helpful from the beginning of the process all the way through the installation. Very knowledgeable and professional. I wish all the vendors I do business with were like them. My generator failed during a recent power outage. Even though I was not a regular customer Hershel came to my rescue. He quickly diagnosed the problem and my generator was up and running in record time. Then he performed preventative maintenance that was due and gave me some insights on how to fix minor problems should they arise. I would highly recommend Mid Ohio Generators to anyone needing a generator or generator maintenance.
